Job DescriptionThe provider Enrollment and contract Administrator initiates, maintains, and manages the credentialing process with insurance payers.
Education: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of college or business college in an accredited secretarial curriculum and experience preferred.
Experience: Administrative assistant experience. Prefer proficiency in MS word and Excel. Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Understanding or experience with CAQH, licensing, and insurance payers is preferred. Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress.
